commitment to the sector and sustainable agriculture.<\/strong> In this post we have compiled some of the most remarkable news of our 2025.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Field Diary Award 2025<\/h2>\n\n<p>We start in style by announcing that Frutas Poveda has been protagonist of the <strong>Diario de Campo 2025 Awards, receiving a recognition<\/strong> that rewards our commitment to the best agricultural practices, sustainability and quality of our products.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can find out <a here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training on gender violence<\/h2>\n\n<p>We continue to promote the well-being of the team, promoting<strong> training actions on such necessary topics as gender violence,<\/strong> with courses and workshops for employees and collaborators.<\/p>\n\n<p>This type of initiative is part of our commitment to <a href=\"https:\/\/frutaspoveda.com\/en\/people\/\"><strong>our commitment to people,<\/strong><\/a> CSR being one of our main values and the one we are most proud of.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New seedless lemon plantations<\/h2>\n\n<p>In 2025<strong>, we continue to focus on <\/strong> seedless<strong>lemons <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frutaspoveda.com\/en\/seedless-lemon\/\"><strong>seedless lemon,<\/strong><\/a> with a new plantation of 30 hectares in our Maribel farm in Librilla.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, we have done it with <strong>an innovative way of cultivation<\/strong>, in which we have implanted <strong>anti-weed netting to save water,<\/strong> avoid the use of chemical herbicides, minimize mechanical soil tillage, reduce costs<strong> and protect the environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transformation of our Corvera farm<\/h2>\n\n<p>We have started a <strong>transformation process <\/strong>in our Corvera farm to adapt more hectares to the cultivation of seedless lemons, <strong>progressively replacing trees of the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frutaspoveda.com\/en\/existing-varieties-of-lemons-benefits-and-characteristics\/\"><strong>Verna variety<\/strong><\/a><strong> for seedless lemon trees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This change responds to market demand and the continuous improvement of our production systems.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New line of work in our warehouse<\/h2>\n\n<p>We continue to innovate in our facilities, this time<strong> we have incorporated new working lines <\/strong>in one of our lemon processing centers, including <strong>two Sienz graders with artificial intelligence, graneliers, bin dumpers, optimized washing machines and much more.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>These investments allow us to <a href=\"https:\/\/frutaspoveda.com\/en\/quality\/\"><strong>increase the quality of the final product, improve<\/strong><\/a> improve traceability <strong> and <\/strong> <strong>become more efficient <\/strong>while reducing waste and operating times.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visit to suppliers in South Africa<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prior to the start of the summer fruit harvest, <strong>we traveled to South Africa to visit some of our fruit suppliers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In this way we are able to <strong>strengthen our commercial relationships, <\/strong>plan future campaigns together and, above all, <strong>align quality criteria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participation in international fairs<\/h2>\n\n<p>As it could not be otherwise, this year we participated once again in the most important agricultural trade fairs in the world: <strong>the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fruitlogistica.com\/en\"><strong>Fruit Logistica<\/strong><\/a><strong> in Berlin and <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifema.es\/fruit-attraction\"><strong>Fruit Attraction<\/strong><\/a><strong> in Madrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>At these events we take the opportunity to <strong>present our latest innovations, <\/strong>discover <strong>new trends in the sector <\/strong>and open up new <strong>business opportunities.<\/strong> They are undoubtedly a must for us year after year.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commitment to ethical trade<\/h2>\n\n<p>For many years we have participated in and <strong>are partners of the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foroscomercioetico.com\/\"><strong>Ethical Trade Forums. <\/strong><\/a><strong>We<\/strong> <strong>attend their annual international meeting<\/strong> to promote <strong>respect for labor rights,<\/strong> sustainable development in producing countries and to <strong>share ideas and best practices<\/strong> for the agri-food sector.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AILIMPO&#8217;s AGEFIS Project<\/h2>\n\n<p>We have also continued to participate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/agefis.ailimpo.com\/\"><strong>AGEFIS Project<\/strong><\/a>, promoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ailimpo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">AILIMPO<\/a>, which consists of <strong>monitoring and counting pests in lemon and grapefruit in different areas of the Region of Murcia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We contribute <strong>by providing data from 3 of our farms <\/strong>to improve crop health and improve decision making in the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Christmas tradition with the team<\/h2>\n\n<p>As we do every year, we carry out this Christmas tradition in the office where <strong>on Christmas Day we invite all employees to a breakfast of chocolate with churros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>A small gesture that symbolizes our <strong>gratitude for the efforts<\/strong> of the entire team and helps us to reinforce the bonds of <a href=\"https:\/\/frutaspoveda.com\/en\/the-company\/\"><strong>strengthen the bonds of camaraderie<\/strong><\/a> within the company.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sports sponsorship<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sport is health and a great way to promote values that are aligned with our own, such as <strong>teamwork and self-improvement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>That is why, once again, we have decided to <strong>support sports <\/strong>by sponsoring the <a href=\"https:\/\/pr7murciafs.com\"><strong>women&#8217;s soccer team PR7<\/strong><\/a><strong>, the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.murciaciclismo.com\/club\/bicihuerta-torreaguera-a-d\/\"><strong>cycling team Bicihuerta<\/strong><\/a><strong> and the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffrm.es\/pnfg\/\"><strong>Ti\u00f1osa soccer team.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thanks for this year, here&#8217;s to an even better 2026!<\/h2>\n\n<p>2025 has been <strong>an intense year full of important milestones<\/strong> for Frutas Poveda, but if
